We're building the tool we wished we had.
Arkquen started with a simple, annoying truth: running a small business in India means paying for six tools that were never built to talk to each other. We thought that was worth fixing.
Why we built it
Good businesses lose customers to bad tooling.
Most small businesses in India don't have a software problem — they have a too-much-software problem. A lead comes in on a funnel, the chat happens on WhatsApp, the deal sits in a spreadsheet, and the payment lives somewhere else entirely. Nothing talks, so things slip.
We built Arkquen so one person, on a phone, between two meetings, can run the whole thing — capture a lead, reply on WhatsApp, book the visit, take the payment, and see what it all earned — without switching apps or paying six bills.
It's built in India, for the way Indian service businesses actually work. That's the whole idea.
