At Arkquen, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds may be considered only if:

You were charged by mistake due to a technical error.

The service was not delivered due to our fault.
