1. Use of Service

Our SaaS platform is provided on a subscription/licensed basis.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, as per your plan). All prices are inclusive of GST.

Payment details must be valid and up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.

You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

All rights, title, and interest in the software and website remain with Pragyan Solutions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Arkquen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
